making traditional Red-Pepper Paste of Southern Province

Gwangju Traditional Culture Center(GTCC) is recruiting participants who want to experience to make traditional Red-Pepper Paste of Southern Province during following days.

■ Period for Apply : 2017. Sep. 11th(Mon.) ~ 25th(Mon.) 15 days.

■ How to Apply

- Fill in the application by download of form in webpage

- Submit by visiting to GTCC or by Fax(062-232-1593)

- First Come, First Served according to deposit of participatory fee(information of bank account will be send by text message)

■ Program

- 10.14(Sat.) 10:00~12:00 : Activity for Making Red-Pepper Paste

- 10.21(Sat.) 10:00~13:00 : Event for Sharing made Red-Pepper Paste

■ Venue : Gwangju Traditional Culture Center, Platform for crocks of sauces and condiments

■ Participatory : Citizen of Gwangju or Foreigner living in Gwangju

■ Lecturer : Lee Iaeseop (who is the 17 issue of Intangible Cultural Property as a master cook of ritual food of southern provinces)

■ Number of Recruited : 30 people (Unit of Family can be applied)

■ Fee for Activity : 60,000 won(Including fee for Materials)
